Mr. Eugene OEI brings with him over 25 years of leadership experience across finance, investment advisory, and business development in Asia. His appointment at HjenCo Technologies marks a strategic step forward in strengthening the company’s growth across key verticals, including digital infrastructure, integrated systems, smart technologies, and robotics innovation.


Eugene’s proven track record in high-value dealmaking, cross-border partnerships, and strategic fundraising is a powerful complement to HjenCo Technologies’ mission of delivering high-impact, future-ready solutions. His extensive network of institutional investors, family offices, and corporate stakeholders throughout Southeast Asia and Greater China is expected to unlock new opportunities for market expansion, capital access, and strategic collaborations.


Before joining HjenCo Technologies, Eugene served as Director at a Registered Fund Management Company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore where he led investment advisory efforts and capital matchmaking across a wide portfolio of ventures, including clean energy, biotechnology, and digital infrastructure. He has advised on multi-million-dollar transactions involving complex joint ventures, private placements, and fund structuring - experience that brings strategic depth to HjenCo Technologies’ leadership team.


Eugene also has a strong entrepreneurial background, having successfully launched and scaled multiple ventures across the region. His ability to drive business growth from concept to execution aligns closely with HjenCo Technologies’ culture of innovation, adaptability, and operational excellence.


As Director, Eugene plays a pivotal role in expanding HjenCo Technologies’ client base across Asia, forging strategic alliances, and accelerating the adoption of our integrated solutions. Mr. Calvin LUO is a LED display industry professional with specialized experience in supply chain leadership, procurement strategy, and technical solution delivery across the full spectrum of LED videowall applications. He joins HjenCo Technologies, Singapore as Director of Procurement – LED Videowall Division (China), where he plays a mission-critical role in strengthening the company’s procurement backbone, optimizing supplier operations, and driving technical excellence across global project execution.


Prior to joining HjenCo Technologies, Calvin served in senior operational and procurement roles at some of Shenzhen’s most dynamic and fast-growing LED display enterprises, contributing directly to organizations with annual revenues ranging from RMB 30 million to 160 million. His career path has spanned import-export-driven trading environments, high-volume standard screen manufacturing, and advanced R&D-led innovation in custom-shaped LED displays such as spheres, triangles, and architectural formats. This blend of technical acumen, market awareness, and executional rigor uniquely positions him to understand the needs of both global clients and local production realities.


At HjenCo Technologies, Calvin is responsible for leading our China-side procurement ecosystem, overseeing vendor relationships, pricing strategy, quality control, and production timelines for all LED videowall components and systems. More than a procurement lead, Calvin is a strategic enabler who bridges the gap between engineering, supply chain, and project delivery. Mr. Raven YI is a seasoned LED display solutions expert with years of experience in sales management, regional market development, and technical consulting across the Asia-Pacific LED system and media control industry. His deep industry background, cultivated through high-impact roles at one of China’s leading LED control system providers, positions him as a valuable strategic asset to HjenCo Technologies Singapore.


After graduation, Raven began his career at Beijing Kystar Technology (Kystar), where he quickly stood out as a top-performing sales leader based in Hunan. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving the region’s performance to more than 150% of its revenue target. In 2018, he relocated to India to lead market entry initiatives. With a sales team he led from China, he was responsible for securing new business opportunities in what was then an emerging and challenging environment for LED technology.


Returning to China in 2020, Raven was appointed as the sales head for both Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, managing high-value client relationships and overseeing regional project execution in two of China’s most active LED markets. In 2022, he transitioned to a global leadership role, overseeing overseas sales operations across 14 countries including Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, India, and Singapore. As Asia-Pacific Sales Director at Kystar, Raven played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint internationally, building lasting partnerships and guiding project implementations in a wide range of application scenarios.


At HjenCo Technologies, Raven serves as Senior Consultant – Media Display Solutions for the LED Videowall Division. He brings with him an exceptional breadth of regional market experience and a strong command of LED control systems, display integration, and media management technologies. His in-depth understanding of customer expectations, product technicalities, and commercial positioning enables him to offer high-value consulting on both standard and customized LED display solutions. Raven's approach combines strategic thinking with operational execution, allowing him to effectively support project design, solution optimization, and regional market engagement across Asia-Pacific. As Key Account Manager for Southeast Asia, overseeing the Singapore market, Clare successfully captured an estimated 80% of Singapore’s LED market, generating close to USD 5 million in revenue. She led and delivered iconic landmark projects including the Wonderfall installation at Changi Airport Terminal 2, Tampines Hub, Razor HQ, and multiple high-profile lobby projects. These achievements firmly established Unilumin as the market leader in Singapore but also elevate Clare's presence  regionally and set new standards for immersive digital experiences in public and corporate spaces.


Clare’s extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale, high-impact display solutions directly supports HjenCo Technologies’ mission to deliver innovative digital infrastructure and immersive visual environments, enabling the company to confidently expand its presence and better serve enterprise clients and smart city developments across the region.


Following this, Clare advanced to Unilumin’s global headquarters in Shenzhen, China, where she took on a global accounts role. In this capacity, she managed strategic client relationships and complex projects across Korea, Japan, Australia, and other international markets. Clare worked directly with major clients such as Netflix, Google, and Facebook, delivering global account strategies that supported Unilumin’s international expansion. Her leadership and impact were recognized early on when she was selected for the prestigious Inavate APAC 40 Under 40 Class of 2020, an award honoring rising stars in the Audiovisual and LED videowall sectors.


Clare further strengthened her expertise at Beijing KYSTAR, a leader in LED control systems, where she was responsible for regional sales and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia. She conducted product demonstrations, technical training, and implementation support, collaborating closely with headquarters in Beijing to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.


Beyond the LED and AV sectors, Clare’s early professional journey includes high-performance roles at Salesforce, DBS Private Bank, and Goldman Sachs, where she built a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment control, and client engagement. This unique intersection of finance, technology, and innovation gives her a broad, business-first perspective that aligns with the multifaceted nature of HjenCo Technologies' vision.


An entrepreneurial spirit, Clare founded “DailyExcel,” an innovative online teaching program that won the ASME Student Entrepreneur Award in 2016. She was also a global finalist in the highly competitive Maybank Go-Ahead Challenge.
